Order Refund Policy
Rules for refunds of prepaid, advance-paid, partially paid and cancelled orders.
Before Dispatch
If a prepaid order is cancelled before courier booking or dispatch, the eligible paid amount may be refunded after payment verification.
After Courier Booking or Dispatch
Once a parcel has been booked with or handed over to the courier, it may no longer qualify as a normal cancellation and may instead be handled under the Return Policy.
Cash on Delivery Orders
A pure Cash on Delivery order normally has no payment refund unless an advance or partial amount was already paid.
Important: Any eligible post-delivery refund request must be submitted within 3 days after receiving the parcel.
