Orders & Acceptance

Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance. Ronaldo Sports may verify customer details, payment, stock and delivery information before processing an order. Orders may be cancelled for stock unavailability, payment-verification failure, pricing/system error, incomplete information, suspected fraud or delivery limitations.

Prices, Currency, Taxes & Charges

All website prices and transactions are stated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR / Rs.). Any applicable tax, delivery fee, payment charge or other order-level charge is shown in the checkout breakdown before order confirmation. The final checkout total is the amount payable.

Payment & Delivery

Available payment methods are shown at checkout. Online or advance payments may be verified before fulfilment. Delivery is subject to our Delivery & Shipping Policy.

Returns, Exchanges, Refunds & Cancellations

Post-delivery return, exchange or eligible refund requests must be submitted within 3 days after receiving the parcel. Customer-selected wrong sizes may be exchanged subject to stock and product condition, with applicable courier charges paid by the customer. If Ronaldo Sports sends a wrong item/size or a verified damaged/defective item, applicable corrective courier charges will be borne by Ronaldo Sports.

Product Information & Availability

We make reasonable efforts to display product information accurately. Screen settings and photography may cause minor colour differences. Checkout controls prevent purchase where the website records a product as unavailable.

Intellectual Property, Liability & Law

Website content and branding belonging to Ronaldo Sports or its licensors may not be commercially reused without permission. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. These terms are governed by applicable laws of Pakistan.
