Coverage
Ronaldo Sports currently offers delivery within Pakistan, subject to courier availability. Remote or restricted locations may require additional time or may not be serviceable.
Processing, Dispatch & Tracking
Orders are processed after required order/payment verification. The applicable delivery estimate is communicated through the website, order confirmation, tracking information or customer support. Shipments may use approved courier partners, including Leopards Courier where available. A consignment/tracking number may be provided after booking.
Delivery Charges
The applicable delivery fee and any tax or other order-level charge are shown in the checkout summary before the customer confirms the order.
Failed Delivery & Delays
Customers should provide a reachable phone number and complete address. Failed attempts, refusal, incorrect address or an unreachable customer may cause return of the parcel. Weather, public holidays, route restrictions, operational disruption and remote locations may cause delays.
Parcel Problems
Wrong, damaged or defective items must be reported within 3 days after receiving the parcel. Photos or video evidence may be requested.
